Ehics & Code of Conduct

We at Axabull (Axabull Industries Pvt. Ltd-AIPL & Axabull Energy Pvt. Ltd-AEPL) believe in the conduct of the affairs of its constituents in a fair and transparent manner by adopting highest standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and ethical behaviour to promote fair and healthy business environment. To achieve the same, we closely work with all stakeholders with utmost honesty and respect.  We distinguish between partners solely based on performance and business needs. We do not discriminate between partners in any other way.

Our teams are continuously trained to perform their duties in most ethical, transparent, and fair manner. AIPL follows a very strict code of conduct for every business decision and action. Our employees conduct themselves and business dealings with highest standard of integrity & transparency. Similarly, we choose to work with partners/vendors/sub vendors that adopt similar policies and uphold similar values.

We encourage all stakeholders and third parties who may wish to report a concern related to a violation/potential violation of the company values or the company code of conduct or any suspicious event.

If you find any of the terms or demands from our employees, or from any other person on behalf of AIPL which involves corruption, bribe, undue favours in any manner, you can immediately bring it to our notice through company officials.

The Company affirms that it will not allow any whistle-blower to be victimized for making any complaint. As a Company, we condemn any kind of discrimination, harassment, victimization, or any other unfair employment practice adopted against the whistle-blowers. Any kind of victimization of the whistle-blower brought to the notice of the designated committee will be treated as an act warranting disciplinary action. Complete protection will be given to the whistle-blowers against any unfair practices like retaliation, threat or intimidation or termination/suspension of service, disciplinary action, transfer, demotion, refusal of promotion, or the like including any direct or indirect use of authority to obstruct the whistle-blower’s right to continue to perform his/her duties/functions in a free and fair manner.
